Late SHREE HRIDAY RAM SHARMA JI (1932 – 2018)

He was an educationist, socially respected person & great believer in the right to education and had established a society in the vision of providing basic education to unprivileged & poor children in an around of Krishnapur village in Ayodhay District, UP.
He started his carrier as a Gov School teacher far distance from his village, but this job could not interest him for a long time. His passion & inspiration to serve his society & community brought him back to provide basic education to his people who had been deprived of the education system. After quitting the gov job, sooner he established a small school with 2 rooms hut till 5th class & gradually by the time it cascaded till 10th grade followed by till 12th grade. He has not just only opened a school but also encourage & educate the villagers to send their children for basic education especially to backward cast & community.
Apart from his interest in education, he was a good volleyball player & very fond of other sports activities. Also reading books, had interested him much throughout his life. He had written a couple of books & a few articles, published in Journal.
The seed that he had sown, gradually became a TREE & at present, there are more than 1000 Students from more than 30-35 nearby villages who are getting education every year. This school is proving to be a boon for students especially for girls who do not have the privilege to travel far distance to study.
Later, His son, Shree Rakesh Pandey established Degree college ( P D Pandey Rajpati Mahavidyala ) to follow the same path of his father to provide a higher education system to unprivileged students from nearby villages. At present, this Degree college offered various UG & PG courses like B.A, B.Com, B.Sc & MA along with Professional courses like BTC, B.Ed , ITI.
